Responsible Innovation: Some Things Are Best Left Un-Invented

While in Singapore recently I did a media interview recently with Eileen Yu of ZDNet Asia. And while I talked about the usual suspects like enterprise amnesia vs. enterprise intelligence and data anonymization, Eileen asked me this previously unasked question:

"If you look at the last 20 to 30 years, is there a piece of technology that you wished hadn't been invented?"
